Both parties should treat non-public business, technical, financial, and project information shared during an engagement as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or explicitly permitted by agreement.

8. Third-Party Services

Some deliverables may rely on third-party platforms, hosting providers, payment gateways, analytics providers, app stores, or cloud vendors. PAN Infotech is not responsible for service interruptions, policy changes, pricing changes, or limitations imposed by independent third-party providers.

9. Warranties and Liability

We aim to deliver professional services with reasonable care and skill. However, except as expressly agreed in writing, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
